Getting around from Sorrento
The Circumvesuviana train reaches Naples in about 80 minutes, or under an hour on the faster Campania Express, with Pompeii on the way. Ferries run to Positano in 30 to 40 minutes and Amalfi in about 40, April to October; Capri is 25 minutes. The SITA bus does the coast road for those who like the drama. Farm classes collect you in town.
